Ingredients
  

  • lb ground turkey
  • ¾ cup crushed crackers e.g. Ritz
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or loaf pan.
  2. Mix turkey, crackers, milk, onion, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Shape into a loaf and place on prepared pan.
  3. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire—spread glaze over loaf.
  4. Bake 1 hour, until cooked through. Let rest a few minutes before slicing.
