Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups egg noodles uncooked
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables e.g., peas, carrots
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, chicken, noodles, and vegetables.
  3. Transfer mixture into greased casserole dish.
  4. Top with cheese if desired.
  5. Bake for 25–35 minutes until bubbly and noodles are tender.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
