Sear chicken — Season and cook chicken in skillet with oil until cooked through (~3–5 min per side)
Sauté aromatics — In the same pan, cook garlic (and onions, sun-dried tomatoes if using) for 1–2 minutes
Make creamy sauce — Add cream (or soft cheese) and broth or wine; stir until melted and smooth
Add spinach — Stir in spinach until wilted and sauce thickens slightly
Return chicken & serve — Nestle chicken back into sauce, warm through, garnish with cheese or herbs, and serve (over pasta, rice, or enjoy low-carb)
