Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce optional
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mix with 2 tbsp water
  • 2 –3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp oil olive or sesame
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok.
  2. Add chicken, season, and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Stir in garlic, then add broccoli. Cook 3–4 minutes.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch slurry.
  5. Stir-fry until sauce thickens and broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
